How clipping campaigns actually work
From long-form source to TikToks, Reels, and Shorts — the system behind a real clipping campaign.
A clipping campaign is not “post a few cuts and hope.” It is a pipeline: source in, briefs out, clippers edit, QC gates quality, and posts land native on TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and X.
1. Source and goals
You send long-form — podcasts, streams, YouTube, keynotes. We map what can travel as short-form and set targets: platforms, weekly volume, and creative rules (hooks, CTAs, brand dos and don'ts).
2. Briefs for clippers
Clippers do not guess. Each batch gets timestamps, hook angles, caption notes, and aspect ratios. That keeps cuts on-brief and native to each feed — not a 16:9 export with black bars.
3. Edit → QC → post
The roster cuts at speed. We QC for hook strength, framing, pacing, and brand safety before anything goes live. Then posts ship on a cadence that compounds — dozens of shots at the algorithm, not one “hero” upload.
4. Feedback loop
Early winners inform the next brief. Weak formats get cut. That is how a campaign compounds instead of resetting every week.
